the breakfast offers a wide selection of choices such as toast, cereals, and fruit. the rooms are tidy and well-ventilated, maintained by the wonderful staff. 3. the location is fantastic, conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and a clean and welcoming establishment.

Small well priced hotel with attentive staff. Magnificent and brilliant location within easy walking distance of Love the Lakes Gift Shop. Plentiful places to eat like restaurants and bars in the area. Very good stay for 2 nights, nothing too much trouble.

This venue is in a great spot, within walking distance to all activities and attractions, and it has a peaceful ambiance.

Although the owner Martin could not meet us personally on arrival we spoke to him via his intercom connection. The room was made up even though we arrived early and we were made welcome. An excellent quality Breakfast was served between 8.30 & 9.15 and Martin was there to offer his personal touch. A choice of small, medium or large breakfast english breakfast. Martin has a wealth of information on places to go in the Lake District. We enjoyed our stay and would definatley book again. Glyn & Kreasha Davies, Room 4

The breakfasts where lovely, with a good selection and it was peacfeul and quiet just what we needed. Everything was in walking distance which we found good with the bad weather.

No staff , it's not good

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Bowness-on-Windermere and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area, not too far from the centre of town and very near the lake. We loved the convenience of being able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants in just a few minutes.

The units are modern and spacious, equipped with a TV, tea making facilities, and a comfortable bedroom. the staff, including the host, are very professional. - the location of the guest house is excellent, being in close proximity to both the town centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the Windermere Lake, with easy access to bus stops.

The side of the bed against the wall however this is a personal dislike more than criticism
